Tobias Lund Andresen muestra su clase en el Barossa, logrando la victoria en un final de alta velocidad en Tanunda.Los vikingos han tomado otra isla. Ese fue un gran apertura de Gudmestad y dio a Lund lo justo lo necesario para vencer a Brennan y Welsford, que quedaron un poco por detrás.
ANDRESEN Tobias Lund (Decathlon CMA CGM Team) suma 8 victorias profesionales en su carrera.

Martin Urianstad Bugge lanzó el primer ataque y más tarde formó una escapada con Enzo Paleni y Guillaume Martin, ganando suficientes puntos para liderar la clasificación de la montaña. Tras ser capturada la escapada, en la que Paleni fue el ultimo al ser capturado por el pelotón, Tobias Lund Andresen ganó el sprint, llevándose la etapa y el liderato general parando los cronómetros en 2h42’41”.

Los velocistas tuvieron su día mientras cruzamos la meta en el grupo Max van der Meulen fue trasladado en ambulancia al hospital tras un accidente en la etapa 1. El equipo confirmó que estaba consciente y comunicándose durante el trayecto.

Jhonatan Narváez, ha demostrado sus ambiciones y gana el Ziptrak Sprint mientras que el noruego Martin Urianstad tomó todos los puntos de la montaña en juego en la ascensión a Menglers Hill que se paso por 3 ocasiones y es el lider de los premios de montaña.
